In the copper-rich corridors of Zambia's Copperbelt, mining has always been about extraction—of metal, of value, of resources. For decades, communities watched companies arrive, dig, and depart. What remained were open pits and broken promises. SKT Global arrived with a different contract.
A percentage of our future net profits is earmarked for community reinvestment. That's the commitment enshrined in SKT Global's founding charter—not as a PR target, but as an integral part of our business model. We are developing plans for schools, clinics, and water networks. And the company stays accountable to the very people beneath whose land we work.

In key operational zones across the Copperbelt, SKT Global is developing frameworks to support the construction and staffing of local schools. We are also structuring engineering scholarship programs to send the brightest into technical training, ensuring knowledge stays in Zambia.
Designing Healthcare Support Networks.
We are actively exploring partnerships to support mobile clinics and fixed-site facilities across our operational footprint. Our long-term goal includes providing reliable basic care, vaccinations, and maternal health services for surrounding communities.
Initiating Clean Water Infrastructure.
Clean water is the most urgent ask from our early community consultations. SKT is in the planning stages for borehole installations and purification systems to serve local residents. Our goal is to establish reliable, safe water access for our neighbours.
